I've been ordering from you

"I've been ordering from you for many years now, but this is the first tee I don't like. It sits funny, kind of boxy and definitely not flattering. It just hangs. It will only be used to wear around the house while cleaning. Before ordering i checked the details and there was no sign of boxy fit. First time I've been disappointed."
